It quotes 15 minutes left then 16 then 20 etc and just never completes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Might try the USB method tomorrow. It's ridiculous this. Call me old fashioned but give me a good old DVD disk any day over this app store update.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;App store update is fine but if you are an experienced user and want a nice fresh install you should be able to have one.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;IMO you can't beat a fresh install of a new os. I know we are talking apple here and not microsoft but even so a clean install is better.
